Attention Suppliers: As of 3/19/2018 we understand some suppliers are experiencing issues with access to the system.
Please use the following recommended steps for access:
1) Reboot your PC and when it starts back up, open a CMD window and enter the command: ipconfig /flushdns
In most cases this will resolve the issue if it’s the local PC that is holding the stale DNS record.
2) Contact your local site network team or provider and have the DNS cache flushed on their network router.
3) Contact your internet provider (or DNS provider if that is different from their internet provider) and ask them to force a DNS refresh.
